REFUNDS :

We do not allow refunds once paid. for any additional query, kindly email us at info@dotsignage.com

AUTO RENEWALS: :

All the users are notified well in advance before their renewal through email communication. If any user is looking to discontinue the services, please email us at info@dotsignage.com from their registered email address before 48 hours renewal.

Please note: if we do not hear back on our auto-renewal alert email, we will consider it as approved and will not attend any dispute or charge backs on our payment platform.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

If you have any questions or grievances regarding the privacy statement, practices of the site, or any other transaction issue, please contact our grievance officer on info@dotsignage.com.
